Building a best in class CPG brand from scratch
PoGo started the way many of the best brands do: with frustration and a gap no one else was filling.
As parents, the founders couldn’t find a snack that was genuinely high-protein, made with better ingredients, and something kids would actually want to eat — without parents having to compromise. So we built it ourselves.
A Big Story led the creation of PoGo from the ground up, shaping the brand strategy, positioning, naming, tone of voice, packaging direction, and launch storytelling. From early concepting through real world testing, PoGo Foods was developed hands on, iterated quickly, and designed to live comfortably in both kids’ backpacks and parents’ pantries.
A Big Story worked closely with Colony Creative who led the packaging and brand design.
The result is a modern food brand rooted in simplicity, trust, and joy, with nostalgic flavors, clean ingredients, and a point of view that doesn’t talk down to families.
PoGo is now on shelves locally and growing, built with the same creative rigor and real-world mindset we bring to every brand we help launch.
